Sec. 102.064. FEES. (a) The board may charge fees and mileage paid under Sections 102.062 and 102.063 against either or both parties. (b) Fees and mileage charged against a party under this section shall be included in the award. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
