§ 309-d. Fees. The schedule of fees charged by such an experimental\nmotor vehicle inspection station for making the inspection required\nshall be subject to the approval of the commissioner, provided, however,\nthat such fees shall provide sufficient revenue, either by themselves or\nwhen combined with any federal funds made available to the commissioner,\nto meet the total costs of the experimental motor vehicle inspection\nprogram herein established.\n
