16.   If a family collaborative law participation agreement fails to meet the requirements of section 5 of P.L.2014, c.50 (C.2A:23D-5), the parties may be found to have intended to enter into a family collaborative law participation agreement if they signed a record indicating an intention to enter into a family collaborative law participation agreement and reasonably believed they were participating in a family collaborative law process.      L.2014, c.50, s.16.
