Eye banks

Eye banks. — (1) Any state, county, district, or other public hospital may purchase and provide the necessary facilities and equipment to establish and maintain an eye bank for restoration of sight purposes. (2) The Department of Education may have prepared, printed, and distributed: (a) A form document of gift for a gift of the eyes. (b) An eye bank register consisting of the names of persons who have executed documents for the gift of their eyes. (c) Wallet cards reciting the document of gift.
