Expedited permitting process for marina projects reserving 10 percent or more boat slips for public use. — The Department of Environmental Protection and, as appropriate, the water management districts created by chapter 373 shall adopt programs to expedite the processing of wetland resource and environmental resource permits for marina projects that reserve at least 10 percent of available boat slips for public use.
