§ 6153. Existing reciprocity agreements unaffected. All reciprocity and proportional registration agreements, arrangements and declarations
relating to vehicles, in force and effect at the time this subchapter becomes effective,
shall continue in full force and effect until specifically amended or revoked by the
secretary.
