Exercise of rights, powers or duties.

2.   For the purpose of implementing the provisions of sections 1 through 3 of this act, the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development shall, and a worker employed in the performance of work subject to this act or the employer or any designated representative of the worker may, exercise all rights, powers or duties granted or imposed upon them by P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.).    L.2004,c.127,s.2.
