§ 1504. Execution issued out of this court; requisites.\n An execution issued out of this court may be levied only against\npersonal property of the judgment-debtor. It must be subscribed by\neither the clerk of the court or the attorney for the judgment-creditor\nand must bear, in addition to such other matter as is required by the\nCPLR, the date of its delivery. It may be levied in any part of the\ncounty, and for such purpose it is not necessary that the judgment have\nbeen docketed with the county clerk.\n
