Sec. 102.204. EXAMINATIONS UNDER OATH. In connection with an investigation taken under Section 102.203 , the regulatory authority may: (1) examine under oath an officer, agent, or employee of a gas utility; or (2) authorize the person conducting the action to make the examination under oath.
