535.012. Eviction proceedings, moratorium prohibited, when. — No county, municipality, or other political subdivision shall impose or enforce a moratorium on eviction proceedings unless specifically authorized by state law. (L. 2024 H.B. 2062 merged with S.B. 895 § 67.137)
