Enforcement of right of assembly and right to hear outside speakers. — Any mobile home owner who is prevented from exercising rights guaranteed by s. 723.054 or s. 723.055 may bring an action in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in the county in which the alleged infringement occurred, and, upon favorable adjudication, the court shall enjoin the enforcement of any provision contained in any bylaw, rental agreement, or rule pertaining to a mobile home park which operates to deprive the home owner of such rights.
