Enforcement of act and rules and regulations

Any duly authorized appointee of the director shall, subject to the limitations herein contained, enforce the provisions of this act and all rules and regulations promulgated by the director and all orders thereunder made by the director. L.1941, c. 274, p. 718, s. 8.
