EMPLOYEE TERMINATION RESTRICTED

Sec. 102.031. EMPLOYEE TERMINATION RESTRICTED. During the period that the arbitration is pending, an employer or receiver or an agent of the employer may not discharge an employee who is a party to the arbitration except for: (1) the employee's inefficiency, violation of law, or neglect of duty; or (2) the employer's need for a work force reduction.
