Effect of federal law

This chapter modifies, limits, or supersedes the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, 15 USC 7001 to 7006, but does not modify, limit, or supersede section 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 7003(b) of the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, 15 USC 7001 and 7003.
