§ 5574. Effect of application for amendment to qualify for interlocutory appeal. If an application is made to a tribunal within 30 days after the entry of an interlocutory
order not appealable as a matter of right for an amendment of such order to set forth
expressly the statement specified in section 702(b) (relating to interlocutory appeals
by permission), the time for filing a petition for permission to appeal from such
order shall run from the entry of the order denying the amendment or amending the
order, as the case may be.
