EARLY EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE INCREASE

Sec. 104.104. EARLY EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE INCREASE. (a) For good cause shown, the regulatory authority may allow a rate increase, other than a major change, to take effect: (1) before the end of the 35-day period prescribed by Section 104.102 ; and (2) under conditions the regulatory authority prescribes, subject to suspension as provided by this subchapter. (b) The gas utility shall immediately revise its schedules to include the increase. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
