DUTIES OF COMPTROLLER

Sec. 203.002. DUTIES OF COMPTROLLER. (a) The comptroller is treasurer and custodian of the compensation fund and the special administration fund and shall administer the funds in accordance with the directions of the commission. (b) The comptroller shall issue warrants on the compensation fund in accordance with rules adopted by the commission. (c) The comptroller shall issue warrants on the special administration fund in accordance with the directions of the commission. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
