Art. 4011. DISCRIMINATION AS TO PERSONS. If any corporation, company, association, or person mentioned in Article 4005 shall grant to any sheriff, constable, or marshal a free pass over its lines of railroad, it shall issue like free transportation to each and every sheriff, constable, or marshal who may make application therefor. Amended by Acts 1927, 40th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 239, ch. 87, Sec. 1.
