Discontinued agency and offices

(a) The Office of the Commissioner of Savings and Residential Finance, whether in that name or in the name of the Office of the Commissioner of Savings, Real Estate Professions, and Mortgage Finance, is hereby abolished. (b) The position of Commissioner of Savings and Residential Finance and the position of Chief Deputy Commissioner of Savings and Residential Finance are abolished. (Source: P.A. 89-508, eff. 7-3-96.)
