§ 4537.  Device used to carry pedalcycles. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title to the contrary, a bus used for public transportation shall be permitted to operate with a device used to carry pedalcycles mounted on the front of the bus if the device, including the pedalcycles, does not extend more than 36 inches.
