Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings

Enactment. Chapter 23 was added July 10, 1990, P.L.356, No.83, effective in 60 days. § 2301.  Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Fund." The Motor Vehicle Transaction Recovery Fund established in this chapter. "Member." Every holder of motor vehicle dealer registration plates and every person authorized to act as an agent of the department with respect to vehicle titling and registration.
