Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings

§ 7902.  Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Approved motorcycle safety course." A course of motorcycle safety education approved by the department and offered by public schools or other organizations which meet instructional, course and teacher certification requirements of this Commonwealth. "Motorcycle Safety Education Account." A restricted receipts account established from fees assessed by this chapter.
