Definitions

As used in this article, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Parent" includes parent, guardian, legal custodian, or other person standing in loco parentis. "Public service project" means any governmental or quasi-governmental agency project or any project of a nonprofit corporation or association operated exclusively for charitable or community purposes. 1991, c. 534.
