Definitions

the term “elementary school” has the meaning provided by section 7801 of title 20; the term “local educational agency” has the meaning provided by section 7801 of title 20; the term “secondary school” has the meaning provided by section 7801 of title 20; the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy.
