Definitions

The term “Advisory Council” means the National Advisory Council on Healthcare Research and Quality established under section 299c of this title. The term “Agency” means the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The term “Director” means the Director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
