DEFINITIONS

Sec. 203.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Administration fund" means the unemployment compensation administration fund created under Section 203.151 . (2) "Federal trust fund" means the unemployment trust fund created under Section 904, Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1104). (3) "Special administration fund" means the unemployment compensation special administration fund created under Section 203.201 . (4) Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1423, Sec. 12.14, eff.
