Sec. 105.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Employee" means an individual who is employed by an employer for compensation. (2) "Employer" means a person who employs one or more employees. (3) "Military record" has the meaning assigned by Section 32.54 , Penal Code. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (S.B. 664 ), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2015.
