Sec. 12.602. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Applicant" means a person who has applied for a new or renewal permit. (2) "Final conviction" means a final judgment of guilt, the granting of deferred adjudication or pretrial diversion, or the entering of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere.
