Sec. 11.051. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Nongame" means those species of vertebrate and invertebrate wildlife that are not classified as game animals, game birds, game fish, fur-bearing animals, endangered species, alligators, marine penaeid shrimp, or oysters. (2) "Endangered species" means those species listed as provided by Section 68.002 of this code. Added by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 1751, ch. 340, Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 1983.
