Illinois Compiled Statutes
As used in this Act: (a) "State entity" means the State of Illinois and all of its agencies, State universities and colleges, and all corporate outgrowths thereof. (b) "State governmental building" means a structure owned by a State entity. (Source: P.A. 85-585.)
