Definitions

In this Act: "Authority" means the Illinois Investment and Development Authority. "Community development financial institution" or "CDFI" means an Illinois community development financial institution certified in accordance with the federal Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-325) and accredited by the Authority under Section 50 of this Act.
