Illinois Compiled Statutes
Beginning on July 1, 2018, as used in this Act, "anchor institutions" means Illinois schools, institutions of higher education, libraries, museums, research institutions, State agencies, and units of local government. (Source: P.A. 100-611, eff. 7-20-18.)
