Illinois Compiled Statutes
As used in this Act: "Committee" means the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Transit Innovation, Integration, and Reform established under this Act. "Department" means the Department of Transportation. "Secretary" means the Secretary of Transportation. (Source: P.A. 104-457, eff. 6-1-26.)
