Definition

As used in this Act, unless the context clearly otherwise requires: "Long-term care provider" means any nursing home, sheltered care home or home for the aged, as such are defined in Section 1 of the "Nursing homes, sheltered care homes, and homes for the aged Act", approved July 17, 1945, as now or hereafter amended.
