Contracts considered professional service; duration.

6.   Notwithstanding the provisions of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contracts for property tax lien management services shall be considered as a professional service and may be entered into for a period not to exceed three years.    L.2001,c.266,s.6.
