§ 7331. Construction. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize a watercraft trailer dealer to transfer any right, title or interest in a watercraft trailer in violation of section 307 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (Public Law 108-89, 50 App. U.S.C. § 537) or 51 Pa.C.S. § 4105 (relating to exemption from civil process).
