§ 1794.  Compulsory judicial arbitration jurisdiction. Beginning January 1, 1987, the monetary limit in 42 Pa.C.S. § 7361(b)(2)(i) (relating to compulsory arbitration) for the submission of matters to judicial arbitration in judicial districts embracing first and second class counties shall be $25,000 for actions arising from the maintenance or use of a motor vehicle.
