Sec. 13.314. COMPLIANCE IN FISHERY MANAGEMENT. The department may cooperate and contract with the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council or the National Marine Fisheries Service for conduct of such work as may be necessary in complying with requirements of the Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976 (16 U.S.C.A. Section 1801 et seq.). Added by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1280, ch. 501, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 1977.
