Sec. 161.073. COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS. A director of an electric cooperative is entitled to the compensation and reimbursement for expenses actually and necessarily incurred by the director as provided by the bylaws. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
