§ 8126.  Common carriers not liable. No common carrier or other person engaged in the business of forwarding or transporting tangible personal property shall be liable in attachment as garnishee or otherwise when such tangible personal property is in transit and at the time of service of process is beyond the limits of this Commonwealth without default, collusion or fraud on the part of such person.
