Children's assurance of quality foster care policy; prepare and distribute information

(1) The department shall prepare and distribute to each child placed in foster care, as age-appropriate, information describing the children's assurance of quality foster care policy and the process to follow if the child in foster care has concerns regarding a violation of the children's assurance of quality foster care policy. This information shall include information regarding the child in foster care's caseworker, lawyer guardian ad litem, the office of the child advocate, the department's office of family advocate, and the foster care review board. (2) The department shall implement this section by no later than June 26, 2019.
