143. a. There is hereby created and established in the Department of the Treasury a separate special account to be known as the "Casino Control Fund," into which shall be deposited all license fee revenues imposed by sections 94, 139, 140, 141, and 142 of this act.      b.   Moneys in the Casino Control Fund shall be appropriated, notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1976, c.67 (C.52:9H-5 et seq.), exclusively for the operating expenses of the commission and the division.      L.1977, c.110, s.143; amended 2011, c.19, s.97.
