Cancellation of certificates
Illinois Compiled Statutes
The Secretary of State shall cancel from the Register any certificate when a voluntary request for cancellation thereof is received from the registrant or from the assignee of record, or when a court of competent jurisdiction shall order cancellation. (Source: Laws 1967, p. 1405.)
