The State Department of Health Care Services shall only certify a long-term care insurance policy or a health care service plan contract that meets the Medi-Cal asset protection requirements. (Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 487, Sec. 6. (SB 1384) Effective January 1, 2017.)
