Welfare and Institutions Code
Financial need shall be considered in the furnishing or denial of services in accordance with the Federal Vocational Rehabilitation Act and regulations adopted thereunder. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 937, Sec. 10. Effective October 8, 1993.)
