Welfare and Institutions Code
The department may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, such rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary to enable it to carry out its duties and powers. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 1107.)
