Welfare and Institutions Code
The provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code apply to the director and the director is the head of a department within the meaning of the chapter. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 1107.)
