Welfare and Institutions Code
The Department of Rehabilitation is under the control of an officer known as the Director of Rehabilitation. As used in this division “department” and “director” refer to the Department of Rehabilitation and the Director of Rehabilitation, respectively, unless the context otherwise requires. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 1107.)
