Welfare and Institutions Code
It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Department of Social Services, in consultation with other relevant state officials, seek and use any federal funds that may be available for the purposes of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 329, Sec. 41. Effective August 21, 1998.)
