Welfare and Institutions Code
(a) The council shall convene monthly and shall, in addition, convene at least two public meetings annually inviting public testimony. (b) Meetings of the council shall be convened by an executive director who is appointed by the county board of supervisors. (Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1303, Sec. 1.)
